Bhodinath Stupa. Kathmandu, Nepal.

This is the largest Buddhist Stupa in Nepal and one of the largest in the world. It is also a fantastic place to observe Tibetan culture in action. The stupa is surrounded by Tibetan people there to worship and I would say just general socializing. Early morning is one of the best times to visit.
